Second Level
Lone Star Ballroom
Bold colors, polished wood paneling and mirrored insets create an intimate ambiance in our premier Riverwalk ballroom. This grand hall is uniquely designed to add a distinctive signature to your celebration. Entertain up to 2,211 guests at an extraordinary reception or host a formal banquet for 1,750.

Pre-function A & B
These pre-function areas offer more than 10,688 square feet (8,000 for A and 2,688 for B) of welcoming space for meeting and greeting your guests, serving cocktails or setting up satellite hosted bars

Bowie A, B & C
Step out on the balcony and enjoy stunning views of the Riverwalk in these intimate second level suites. Accommodate up to 126 for a cocktail reception or 100 guests for a formal, seated banquet. (Each offers entry to a second level balcony.)

Bowie Balcony
With 1,130 total square feet, this elegant balcony provides an awesome vantage point for as many as 116 guests in a one-of-a-kind reception.  The posh balcony space may be divided into smaller sections A, B & C.


Third Level
Presidio A, B & C
These sophisticated event rooms are ideal for small to mid-size guest lists.  With the largest being Presidio (B), our welcoming suites will comfortably accommodate a guest list of 68 to 126 for a unique reception in a truly stunning location.  Modern elegance and contemporary style reigns throughout our impeccable new meeting spaces. (Each offers entry to a third level balcony.)

Presidio Balcony A, B & C
Offering 1,130 total square feet of outdoor event space overlooking the downtown district and Riverwalk, combined, these luxurious balconies allow you to entertain up to 116 guests. You may also reserve just one section.

Fourth Level
Texas Ballroom
Discover the luxury of space in one of San Antonio's largest and most dazzling ballrooms. Your entertainment, dance floor and dinner guests each get priority placement in this magnificent room. You can also hold your wedding ceremony in one section, and your formal reception and banquet in the others. Entertain as many as 3,158 guests for a stunning reception or seat 2,570 honored guests for a formal banquet.  Each Salon equals more than 4,000 square feet, and the Corridor offers additional space. 

Republic A, B & C
Enjoy panoramic city views as you host a gala reception for 126 guests or seat between 50 to 100 guests at a formal banquet in these striking fourth floor suites.

Republic Balcony A, B & C
Host a most memorable cocktail reception on this striking fourth level balcony. Offering a combined square footage of 1,130 square feet, you can accommodate up to 116 guests.

Fifth Level – Outdoor Space
Patio
Entertain as many as 253 guests at a cocktail reception your guests will be talking about for years to come. Enjoy breathtaking views of the San Antonio River, the city, and the Riverwalk from our stunning 2,390 square foot fifth level patio


Lobby Level – Outdoor Space
Theater Plaza
Enjoy the romance of a tented event, or just enjoy the perfect weather. With 5,084 square feet of inviting outdoor space, the Theater Plaza will allow you to invite 516 important guests for a cocktail reception or 400 for a lavish formal banquet.
